  I live in Missouri. By brother passed away in Phoenix. I searched on the Internet and found Avenidais funeral chapel. Was I lucky! They took care of his cremation, mailing me his ashes and death certificates, all at a very affordable price and with the upmost grace and compassion. What a great group of people to work with! They come highly recommended from our family! Thank you so much!!

  What an amazing young man. Octavio sat with us to make sure all of us (4 sisters, two brother and mom's granddaughter) were taken care of from the first day He made sure that we had appointments with the church and the cemetery. The only thing was that they were at least 15 minutes late for the family viewing at the church... so the only thing for me was that our immediate family never got the never got the memorial folders
  
  At the end of the day I have to say, Mom looked beautiful. She was a simple woman who was full of grace and love who didn't need much make up and she looked beautiful! Thank you Avenidas Funeral Chapel.

  This place is amazing! From the very beginning they were professional to the max and made sure we were comfortable every step of the way. When my aunt was picked up from her home, the gentleman (who's name I did not get) made sure to respect our wishes, and was very gentle with her. When we came to the Chapel to make our arrangements everyone was again very respectful and professional! Octavio helped us throughout the process and made sure we understood everything that was going on. He went above and beyond what was needed and expected. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in need of these services. The prices are beyond reasonable and they do NOT try to take advantage of you in your time of grieving. Very pleased with the service we received!

  In general no information and they do not keep you in the loop. You can try to call and sometimes they answer the phone. Pay up front and grin and bear it! I do not recommend them.

  Horrible experience! These people do not know how to communicate!! Octovio is too busy with vacation he forgets he has a job to do and Lorena says she will do something and doesn't follow through, the worst! The owner finally stepped in at the last minute and made things right and my family and I are grateful for him!
